Why teams replace Pipedrive

Teams planning heavy API or AI-agent use should check plan limits first: the daily API token budget is 30,000 tokens times a plan multiplier (1 on Lite, 7 on Ultimate) times seats, and MCP usage is subject to plan-based token limits. The MCP server is labelled beta in its setup guides, and connecting it to ChatGPT requires a Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu ChatGPT plan with developer mode on. Integrations still built on the deprecated API v1 endpoints are out of support since August 1, 2026 and need migrating to v2. Lead capture (LeadBooster) starts at Premium or as an add-on, and phone and email data enrichment, a sandbox account, and IP- and time-based access restrictions are Ultimate-only.
