Champify

First-party revenue intelligence

Visit Champify

Champify positions its platform around first-party relationship signals: former customers at new companies, closed-lost opportunities ready for re-engagement, and contact/database changes. It delivers that intelligence through a native Salesforce package and connected GTM workflows.

What is Champify

Vendor's own claim

Champify is a Salesforce-centered way to operationalize the relationship graph a company has already earned. Its documentation index includes Salesforce installation, report selection, configuration, alerts, field mapping, a low-volume test, and activation - a more opinionated operating model than a standalone prospecting database.

Ideal customer profile

Vendor's own claim

Revenue teams on Salesforce that have a meaningful customer, prospect, and closed-lost history, and want former-user movement and re-engagement signals to flow into existing RevOps and sales-engagement processes.

Who should look elsewhere

Our read

HubSpot-only teams are a poor fit: Champify's pricing FAQ explicitly says it has no native HubSpot integration and suggests syncing through Salesforce. Relationship Tracking starts at $2,000/month and the vendor says it drives its best ROI with at least 10,000 contacts (except high-ACV cases), so teams with a small relationship base or a lean budget should not lead with it.

No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.

Champify FAQ

What revenue opportunities does Champify focus on?

Champify markets relationship tracking for former customers at new companies and re-engagement of past lost deals, plus Insider AI for turning CRM, call, email, and note context into re-engagement guidance.

Vendor's own claim
Does Champify require Salesforce?

Its public package is native to Salesforce, and the published setup documentation starts with Salesforce installation. The vendor says it does not have a native HubSpot integration; Salesforce-to-HubSpot sync is its stated route when both CRMs are used.

From official docs
How much does Champify cost?

Public starting prices are $2,000/month for Core, $3,000/month for Pro, and $6,000/month for Enterprise. The pricing FAQ says cost scales mainly with monitored contacts and accounts, while Calendar Sync scales with users.

From official docs
What is included in the Core plan?

Core includes Relationship Tracking for 15k+ contacts, the Salesforce package, unlimited users, standard onboarding, a dedicated CSM, and a vendor-stated 2x ROI Guarantee before add-ons.

From official docs
Can a small database still be a fit?

The vendor says Relationship Tracking has the most impact and best ROI at 10,000+ contacts, with a stated exception for high-ACV companies; it presents Insider AI as account-based for smaller contact populations.

Vendor's own claim
What does implementation involve?

The docs index Salesforce installation, contact and account reports, configuration, notifications, InsiderAI setup, field mapping, a low-volume test, and job activation. That is a real RevOps rollout rather than an instant data-tool signup.

From official docs
Can Champify trigger downstream workflows?

The integrations material names actions in Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft, Slack, Gainsight, ChurnZero, Catalyst, and LinkedIn, while Salesforce provides matching, assignment, and orchestration context. Confirm any particular workflow during implementation.
