What this notice covers

This notice explains how Cheetah handles information submitted through becheetah.com and information processed while discussing or delivering managed GTM engineering services. A signed client agreement may add more specific terms for a particular engagement.

Website inquiries

When you use the GTM system form, we receive the work email, company or website, and problem description you provide. The form also records basic source information such as the page, referrer, and available campaign parameters so we can understand and respond to the request.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to Cheetah. Please do not include passwords, credentials, health information, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Analytics and infrastructure

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics.” It helps us understand page use, traffic sources, and the conversion path. We do not send form values to Analytics, and advertising personalization signals are disabled in our site configuration. You can choose “Necessary only” and still use the site and form.

Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Information used to deliver services

If we work together, Cheetah processes only the business information, system access, and workflow context agreed for the engagement. Access boundaries, AI-model settings, subprocessors, retention, exports, and deletion are documented for the actual build rather than assumed from this website.

Customer-specific data, campaign history, operating logic, and documentation remain customer assets as described in the applicable service agreement.

How information is shared

We do not sell inquiry or customer data. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the website or approved workflow, when you direct us to connect a system, or when legally required. Providers receive only the access needed for their role.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Client data follows the retention and deletion terms agreed for that engagement. No internet service is risk-free, so we use proportionate access controls and provider safeguards without making absolute security claims.

Your choices

You may decline website analytics. You may also ask what inquiry information we hold, request correction or deletion where appropriate, or withdraw from future follow-up by contacting [email protected].

We may update this notice when our website, providers, or services change. The date above identifies the current version.
