Where Technology and People Transform.
Pipeliner CRM now trades as Coevera. It is a visual-pipeline B2B sales CRM founded in 2011, built around drag-and-drop deal management with several alternate views (Kanban, list, chart, bubble, map), a Voyager AI assistant, and a no-code automation engine called Automatizer. Its stated positioning is adoption over capability: no full-time CRM admin, live in two to four weeks, roughly 30 minutes to onboard a user.
Status: The product is live and actively sold.

Coevera's argument is a total-cost-of-ownership one aimed squarely at Salesforce: same enterprise sales motion, without the consultants and the admin headcount. The product design follows from that - heavy investment in visual representations of account structure (org charts, relationship maps, account matrix, buying centres) so that a rep can read a complex account without a report builder, and no-code automation so that changing process does not mean a change request. The AI is positioned as advisory rather than autonomous, and the vendor states customer data is never used to train AI models.
B2B sales organisations running multi-stakeholder, relationship-led deals - the kind that need account hierarchies and buying-centre maps - but that do not want to fund a CRM administrator or a six-figure implementation. The vendor claims customers in 47+ countries and offers the interface in English, German and Spanish.
The floor is high and stacked: Starter is £45/user/month billed annually with a three-user minimum, and it is stripped of the features the product is actually known for - account hierarchy, relationship mapping, org charts and the account matrix all start at Business (£65/user/month annual). Whitespace analysis and Account Plans are Unlimited-tier only (£115/user/month annual), and Voyager II is a paid add-on on every tier including Unlimited, so the AI story is never fully included in the seat price.
No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.
No. It now trades as Coevera. The rename is incomplete in the infrastructure: the api. and help.
Four per-user tiers billed annually on the vendor's pricing page: Starter £45, Business £65, Enterprise £90, Unlimited £115, with annual billing saving about 15% versus monthly. Starter carries a three-user minimum. Note the vendor's own llms.txt quotes a different range in a different currency ($65 - $150/user/month) - we have recorded the pricing page's figures and flag the contradiction.
Business (£65/user/mo annual) and above. Account hierarchy, account and contact relationship mapping, the visual org chart and the account matrix view are all absent from Starter. Whitespace and Account Plans are Unlimited-only.
Partly. Voyager I is included on all four tiers; Voyager II is marked as a paid add-on on all four, including Unlimited. The pricing page does not publish what the add-on costs.
The vendor states "Data never used to train AI models" in its own summary. We have not verified this against a contract or DPA, and did not retrieve the security page.
The vendor gives two figures: pipeline import and stage setup "ready in under 10 minutes", and full go-live in two to four weeks with about 30 minutes to onboard a user. Both are vendor claims; we did not test either.
The vendor lists ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, GDPR compliance and HIPAA compliance. We did not retrieve certificates or the underlying security page.
We could not find either. and developer. That is a gap in our evidence rather than proof of absence - the vendor claims 200+ integrations, which normally implies an API - but nothing about it is documented where we could read it.
