CRM for Salespeople, by Salespeople.
Pipeline CRM (formerly PipelineDeals) is a cloud sales CRM aimed at small and mid-sized B2B and field-sales teams. It covers the standard ground - visual pipeline and deal tracking, contacts, lead management, reporting - and adds things that matter to teams who sell in person or by contract: native eSign, map views with route planning, a lead-form builder, and on-demand data enrichment as a paid add-on.
Status: Live and actively marketed at check time.

This is a mid-market-down CRM that has chosen not to compete on platform breadth. The tell is in the plan structure: the tiering is driven by pipeline count and active-deal caps rather than by feature gating of the core record model, so what you buy as you move up is capacity and automation, not a different product. The field-sales orientation (route planning, map views, mobile) and the project-driven-business content in its own marketing suggest where it lands in practice: teams selling something delivered on site.
Small to mid-sized sales teams that want a CRM to run a pipeline rather than a platform to build on - including field and project-driven businesses (construction, services) where route planning, mobile access and contract eSign matter more than an extensibility story.
The Start plan is capped at 1 pipeline and 250 active deals per account, and Develop at 2 pipelines and 2,500 - so a team with several concurrent sale motions hits a structural ceiling rather than a feature ceiling, and lands on Grow at $49/user/mo annual ($59 monthly). Enrichment and email validation are flat monthly add-ons on top of the seat price. We found no MCP documentation.
No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.
Yes - Pipeline CRM's own site and llms.txt both state it was formerly known as PipelineDeals. The rename is cosmetic as far as we could tell; the product, help centre and status page are all live and current.
Three self-serve plans priced per user: Start $25/user/mo annual ($29 monthly), Develop $33 ($39), Grow $49 ($59). Enterprise is custom. Data Enrichment and Email Validation are separate flat monthly add-ons available on any tier.
Yes, and they are the main thing the tiers gate. Start allows 1 pipeline and 250 active deals per account; Develop 2 pipelines and 2,500 active deals; Grow 5 pipelines and unlimited active deals; Enterprise 20 pipelines. File storage is unlimited on every plan.
A 14-day free trial that runs on the full Grow experience, with no credit card required and cancel-anytime terms, per the pricing page.
The vendor lists native eSign - creating, sending and tracking documents built from CRM data, without a third-party signature tool.
That is a stated focus: map views with route planning to see which customers and prospects are nearby, plus a mobile app. We have not tested either.
The vendor's help centre lists an "API | Developers" section, so one exists - but we could not read it. Confirm the API's scope with the vendor before relying on it.
The product does ship an AI Email Assistant for composition and follow-up suggestions, which is a different thing. Confirm with the vendor.
This page tells you whether Pipeline CRM fits. Cheetah builds and runs the system it goes into — enrichment, sequencing, CRM and the joins between them.
