Your CRM for Smarter AI Email Marketing, Engagement, and Growth
Nimble is a relationship-first CRM for small businesses and solo operators, built around a contact record that assembles and enriches itself from email, calendar, social and web sources rather than around pipeline stages. It bundles contact management, sales pipelines, email marketing, sequences, web forms, web chat and workflow automation into a single per-seat plan, and describes an AI layer it calls Relationship Intelligence.

Nimble is a CRM aimed squarely at small teams and individuals whose business runs on their personal network - consultants, recruiters, advisors, real-estate professionals, solopreneurs. Its differentiator, as the vendor states it, is that the contact record builds itself: profiles are assembled and enriched automatically from connected email, calendar, social and web sources, and the Prospector extension lets a user capture contacts from wherever they already work. Nimble's own llms.txt describes the company as founded in 2010 by Jon Ferrara, who created GoldMine in 1989, and headquartered in Santa Monica, California. Everything is sold as one plan rather than a tier ladder, with functional add-ons priced separately.
Solopreneurs, small business owners, and sales/marketing teams at small and growing companies who want contact management, email marketing and light automation in one platform without enterprise complexity - plus network-driven professionals such as consultants, recruiters, financial advisors and real estate agents.
The single $24.90 - $29.90 per-seat plan looks all-inclusive but the pricing page prices the pieces most teams will actually want as separate stacking add-ons: Email Marketing at $15/month company-wide, Web Chat & Web Forms at $12/month per team, data-enrichment credits at $10/month per 100 credits, extra contacts at $10/month per 10,000, and extra storage at $10/month per 10 GB. A team that needs enrichment at any volume is buying credits in 100-unit blocks, which does not scale to list-building work. Contacts are capped at 25,000 at the account level before top-ups and storage at 2 GB per seat, so data-heavy operations will be paying overage almost immediately. Nimble is also positioned around the person rather than the deal - teams that need complex multi-stage enterprise deal management, quoting or revenue forecasting depth are working against its stated design.
No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.
One plan at $24.90 per seat/month billed annually or $29.90 per seat/month billed monthly. It includes 25,000 contact records at the account level and 2 GB of storage per seat.
Email Marketing ($15/month company-wide), Web Chat & Web Forms ($12/month per team), data-enrichment credits ($10/month per 100), extra contacts ($10/month per 10,000) and extra storage ($10/month per 10 GB) are all priced as separate add-ons on Nimble's pricing page.
Nimble's pricing FAQ states the trial lasts 14 days with no credit card required, and that you may use up to 5 licences during the trial period. After it ends you are billed on the number of licences on the account.
Nimble's own FAQ defines a contact as any named company or person record in your Nimble database - so companies consume the same 25,000-record allowance as people.
A browser extension that captures and enriches contacts from LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook and any website, so records can be created without copy-pasting or switching tools. Enrichment beyond the base plan consumes purchased credits.
Nimble describes it as an AI layer that scores every relationship and surfaces who is going cold. Its own llms.txt states the first user-visible release, the Relationship Score, ships Summer 2026 - so at the time we checked this is a stated roadmap item, not a shipped feature we could verify.
That is a gap in what we retrieved, not evidence that no API exists - confirm with the vendor.
Treat it as present but not obviously current.
Nimble positions itself for solopreneurs and small business owners, small and growing sales/marketing teams, and network-driven professionals such as consultants, recruiters, financial advisors and real estate agents - and argues the record should be shared across marketing, customer success, partnerships and recruiting, not just sales.
This page tells you whether Nimble fits. Cheetah builds and runs the system it goes into — enrichment, sequencing, CRM and the joins between them.
