The world's first autonomous conversion system.
RevReply works the stage after a prospect replies. Its argument is that most tools understand a reply but none act on it, and it deploys specialised agents to close that gap - drafting contextually matched responses, classifying intent, handling objections, chasing referrals when the contact says they are not the decision-maker, booking meetings entirely over written conversation, and recovering no-shows. It runs across email, LinkedIn and iMessage and sits on top of whichever sending tools you already use.

A reply-layer agent rather than a sender. You keep sending from what you already have; RevReply reads what comes back, decides what to do, and writes the result into your stack. The Enterprise-only Orchestrator is pitched as the differentiator - described not as a sequence engine but as a reasoning system that tracks the objective and keeps going after a meeting is booked, until the objective itself is complete.
Growing sales teams and agencies already running volume outbound through a dedicated sending platform, generating more replies than the team can work individually - the Standard Org plan is described as "for growing sales teams and agencies", and the integration list is dominated by high-volume cold-email tooling.
No price is published anywhere, and the vendor says so explicitly on its own pricing page: "No pricing listed on this page - every plan is scoped to your team's workflow." Both tiers route to a demo, so there is no way to evaluate cost, or buy, without a sales conversation - teams that need a number before a call cannot get one. The product also presupposes volume: it is a reply-handling layer, so a team without an existing outbound motion and an existing sending platform has nothing for it to sit on top of. The features most likely to justify the purchase - the Orchestrator, per-capability autonomy controls, CRM-triggered state transitions and the no-show recovery loop - are Enterprise-exclusive and come with "custom scoping & implementation support", which is not the profile of a product a small team can adopt quickly. Finally, anyone who wants an audit trail before letting an agent negotiate, delegate and book on their behalf should note that we could not retrieve any developer documentation, API reference, status page or security documentation.
No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.
It is not published. The pricing page itself states: "No pricing listed on this page - every plan is scoped to your team's workflow." Both Standard Org and Enterprise route to a demo request.
No - it works the reply. You keep sending from those.
The vendor calls this Delegation Re-direct: RevReply collects the referral's contact details, forwards the thread and pursues the new contact until a meeting is booked. Enterprise adds "delegation pursuit chains" on top.
The vendor says no - "Schedule through Written Form" books meetings entirely over email by proposing times and confirming, then auto-creates and sends the calendar invite. Reschedules are handled the same conversational way.
That depends on tier. Zealous Mode - extra-persistent, assertive follow-up with varied angles - appears on both plans, but manual/assisted/autopilot modes and per-capability autonomy controls are listed as Enterprise-only, under the Orchestrator. If graduated autonomy matters to you, it is a tier question.
The vendor describes it as a reasoning system rather than a sequence engine: it tracks what you are trying to achieve, where each lead sits, what has already been tried, and what the smartest next action is - and it does not stop when a meeting is booked, but when the objective is complete. It is Enterprise-exclusive with custom scoping.
The integrations page shows the mechanics: ten email/outreach platforms, Gmail and Outlook as email providers, HeyReach for LinkedIn, and Linq as the single iMessage/SMS integration.
The integrations page advertises "API - Custom Connections" alongside Zapier and Make, and says new integrations are constantly being added.
Given the product acts autonomously on inbound replies within a 5-minute window, this is worth raising directly with the vendor.
This page tells you whether RevReply fits. Cheetah builds and runs the system it goes into — enrichment, sequencing, CRM and the joins between them.
