The only truly 'unlimited' cold emailing platform.
Manyreach is a cold email sending platform whose distinguishing choice is its pricing model: credits rather than seats or subscriptions. One credit sends one campaign email (or ten warm-up emails), and everything conventionally metered elsewhere - mailboxes, contacts, team members, workspaces - is uncapped. It brings its own warm-up (Manywarm), mailbox rotation, a unified inbox with AI reply categorisation, conditional sequences, and webhooks/API access on every plan.
The API details below are not linked to a current official developer page. Confirm them with the vendor before implementation.

Manyreach competes on cost structure rather than on a capability nobody else has. Where most cold-email platforms charge per seat or per connected mailbox - which is what makes multi-domain outbound expensive - Manyreach charges only for emails actually sent, and lets you attach as many mailboxes, workspaces and users as you like. Credit bundles run from a free 250 up to 1,000,000, with the effective rate falling roughly tenfold across the range: $0.0099 per credit at the $99 tier down to $0.0009 at $399 and above. The vendor also runs a lifetime-deal offer. Note that warm-up consumes credits on the pay-as-you-go plan unless Power Mode is enabled.
Agencies and high-volume outbound teams running many mailboxes across many client workspaces, for whom per-seat or per-mailbox pricing is the binding cost. The unlimited-workspace, unlimited-user, unlimited-sending-account combination is an agency structure, and the vendor's own case framing is sending at tens of thousands of emails a day.
The vendor contradicts itself on the single most important term. The pricing page headline reads "Pay Once, Use Forever" and "credits never expire"; the FAQ on the same page says credits reset every month and unused credits are swapped for a new allocation. Those cannot both be true, and a buyer stockpiling a large bundle should get the answer in writing before paying. Beyond that: this is a sender, not a data source - there is no prospecting database or enrichment in the feature list, so you bring your own leads. Some capabilities sit behind paid "power feature add-ons" charged monthly on top of credits, which undercuts the no-monthly-bills pitch. And we could retrieve no developer documentation at all despite "Webhooks & API" being advertised on every plan, so anyone buying for programmatic use is buying unseen.
No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.
One credit sends one campaign email. Warm-up also consumes credits on the pay-as-you-go plan at a rate of 10 warm-up emails per credit - unless Power Mode is activated, which the vendor says makes warm-ups unlimited and free.
The vendor's own pricing page says both things. The headline claims "Pay Once, Use Forever" and that credits never expire; the FAQ directly below says credits reset every month and unused credits are swapped for a new allocation based on your lifetime plan. Get the answer in writing before buying a large bundle.
The vendor lists unlimited active leads, unlimited sending accounts, unlimited team members and unlimited workspaces on every plan, including free. Sending volume is the metered dimension - that is what credits buy.
No. The vendor states every plan gets the full feature range; the tiers differ only in credit volume and unit price, which falls from $0.0099 to $0.0009 per credit across the range. Some "power feature add-ons" are charged extra monthly.
Yes. Manyreach connects any SMTP/IMAP mailbox plus Google and Microsoft accounts via OAuth; it does not appear to provision mailboxes or domains itself, so infrastructure is a separate purchase.
Nothing in the retrieved feature list suggests one - the pitch is unlimited uploaded leads and using Manyreach as your master lead database, not sourcing contacts. Bring your own data.
Per the vendor: Manywarm warm-up, then random delays, rotating IPs, mailbox rotation, spintax, timezone matching, auto volume increasers, campaign sender rotation, email content rotation, custom tracking domains and Bounce Shield. We have not tested any of it.
"Webhooks & API" is listed as included on all plans and Zapier, Pabbly Connect and Make integrations are named. We cannot describe the surface; ask the vendor before relying on it.
Structurally yes - unlimited workspaces and unlimited additional users are listed on every plan, which is the shape an agency needs. Credits are the shared, consumable resource across them.
This page tells you whether Manyreach fits. Cheetah builds and runs the system it goes into — enrichment, sequencing, CRM and the joins between them.
