Rock-solid mailboxes for expert cold emailers.
Mailreef sells dedicated cold-email infrastructure: every customer gets their own mail server and dedicated IP rather than shared or rotating resources, plus one-click domain and mailbox creation with SPF/DKIM/DMARC written automatically. The vendor positions it above the shared-infrastructure tier, explicitly for senders doing more than 20,000 cold emails a month, and it plugs into Smartlead and Instantly rather than sending campaigns itself.

Mailreef is the dedicated-server end of the cold-email infrastructure market. Where shared providers pool customers onto common IPs, Mailreef's pitch is that roughly 70% of delivery success sits with the server, so each customer should own one outright. Every plan - including the entry tier - includes the dedicated server, dedicated IP, 150+ mailboxes, API access and monitoring; the tiers differ on commitment term, not features. Pricing is a base monthly fee plus a per-send charge, and the pricing page runs a calculator that sizes servers, domains and mailboxes against list size, sending days and touch points, applying the vendor's own guardrails of max 3 mailboxes per domain and max 50 emails per mailbox per day.
High-volume cold outreach operators and agencies - the vendor draws the line at more than 20,000 cold emails a month - who have outgrown Google Workspace or shared infrastructure and are losing time to disconnections and blocked mailboxes. The site markets separately to agencies and to solo operators.
The floor is $240-249/month plus $0.001 per send before you have written a single email, and the vendor's own calculator shows what real volume costs: its worked example lands at $648/month across 1 server, 30 domains and 90 mailboxes. Anyone sending under the vendor's own 20k/month threshold is buying a dedicated server they cannot fill. The cheaper Agency tier requires a 12-month commitment; escaping that costs $9/month more on Agency Flex. There is also no self-serve entry - every pricing CTA is "Schedule a Demo" or "Request a Quote", and the vendor screens applicants for spammers, so you cannot simply sign up and start. And Mailreef does not send campaigns: you still need Smartlead, Instantly or equivalent on top.
No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.
Every plan includes a dedicated mail server and a dedicated IP address - the vendor's stated position is no shared resources and no rotating IPs, so the customer owns their sending reputation outright rather than inheriting a pool's.
The base is $240/month (12-month commitment) or $249/month (month-to-month), both plus $0.001 per send. The vendor's own calculator, run at its default inputs, produces $648/month for a stack of 1 server, 30 domains and 90 mailboxes.
Yes for sequencing. Mailreef provides the mailboxes and server; both Smartlead and Instantly integrations are listed as included in every plan, and the site markets Mailreef as integrating with your existing sender rather than replacing it.
The vendor advertises pre-warmed servers, pre-warmed domains and pre-warmed mailboxes under a "Day One Campaigns" heading, implying no warm-up wait. We have not tested this, and the vendor separately recommends a 1:1 ratio of cold to warm sends to protect reputation.
The vendor's stated guardrails are a maximum of 3 mailboxes per domain and a maximum of 50 emails sent per mailbox, with the calculator sizing from list size (25K-300K contacts/month), sending days per week and number of touch points. Each server carries 150+ mailboxes.
We found no self-serve signup.

Commitment only. The feature lists are identical; Agency is $240/month on a 12-month commitment, Agency Flex is $249/month month-to-month and cancellable anytime. The flexibility premium is $9/month.
