Lead Distro AI

AI-Powered Lead Distribution & Call Tracking That Maximizes ROI

Visit Lead Distro AI

Lead Distro AI is lead-distribution and call-tracking software for the pay-per-lead and pay-per-call trade: agencies and brokers who buy media, generate leads, and resell them to buyers. Leads and calls arrive from ad platforms, web forms and third-party APIs, get scored and filtered, then route to buyers by ping-post, waterfall, round-robin or weighted rules, with profit and loss tracked per campaign in real time.

What is Lead Distro AI

Vendor's own claim

This is a purpose-built tool for a specific business model, not a general CRM. The unit of work is a lead that has a cost on one side and a sale price on the other, and almost every feature exists to protect that margin: pings and pre-pings that never count against your plan limit, duplicates blocked before they are billed, returns handling, per-buyer payment policies, and a P&L view that reconciles Meta and Google ad spend against buyer revenue. The integrations list runs to HubSpot, Salesforce, Clio, Google Sheets, Slack, Meta Ads, Zapier and generic webhooks.

Ideal customer profile

Vendor's own claim

Performance-marketing agencies, lead brokers and media buyers running pay-per-lead or pay-per-call books with multiple buyers, who currently stitch delivery, buyer reporting and profitability together across spreadsheets and separate tools. The vendor pitches the single-platform angle hardest against running a call-routing tool and a lead-distribution tool side by side.

Who should look elsewhere

Our read

If you are not reselling leads, none of this applies - there is no in-house sales motion here, no sequencing, no CRM of your own pipeline; the buyer of the lead is a third party by design. The volume economics also punish small operators: the $149/mo Lite plan works out at $0.596 per included lead versus $0.10 at Growth and $0.001 at the top volume tier, so a low-volume operator pays roughly six times the per-lead rate of a mid-volume one, and Lite is capped at 1 seat, 1 campaign and 5 sources/destinations. Ping post and real-time bidding - the feature most likely to be the reason you are shopping - is listed only from the $499/mo Growth tier, and white-label custom domain only from $299/mo Starter, despite the pricing page's headline that "every routing and call-tracking feature is included on every plan". There is also no free plan: a card is required at signup for the 7-day trial.

Lead Distro AI FAQ

What exactly counts as a billable lead?

The pricing page is unusually explicit: a lead counts the moment it is successfully ingested into a campaign, once, regardless of whether the buyer later accepts, rejects or returns it. Duplicates the platform catches and blocks, leads that fail your validation or inbound filters, and pings and pre-pings are never counted. All tiers include unlimited pings, pre-pings and duplicate checks.

From official docs
What happens if I exceed my plan's lead limit?

You are not cut off. Overage is billed per lead - $0.15/lead on tiers up to 30,000 leads/mo, dropping to $0.01/lead on the 100K and larger volume tiers.

From official docs
Is there a free plan?

No. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access, but a credit card is required at signup and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

From official docs
Can I run it from an AI assistant?

Yes - this is one of the more developed MCP implementations in this category. MCP access is included on every tier, the docs devote 8 articles to it, and it covers connecting Claude, Cursor or any MCP client via either a no-install browser setup or a developer path. The changelog shows the assistant being extended to configure buyer response parsing, field transforms and ping-post margin settings.

From official docs
Does it replace a separate call-tracking tool?

That is the explicit pitch - the vendor's own blog argues that unified lead and call routing beats running a dedicated call platform alongside a lead-distribution tool. Call tracking is available on every tier but billed separately by usage, and AI call scoring is marked beta.

Vendor's own claim
How does profitability reporting work?

A real-time P&L dashboard tracks revenue, cost, profit, margin and ROI per period alongside lead volume, CPL and accept rate, with Meta and Google ad-spend sync feeding the cost side so cost-per-accepted-lead reflects actual media spend. Scheduled P&L reports can go out by email or Slack.

Vendor's own claim
Can my buyers see their own leads?

Yes, through a white-labelled Partner Portal with configurable branding and permissions. The custom domain and white-label option starts at the $299/mo Starter tier.

From official docs
Is the product actively maintained?

Yes. The changelog carried entries dated the day before our check, covering log search and filtering and a batch of AI-assistant campaign-setup fixes - including an admission that settings configured via the assistant could previously be silently dropped.

From official docs
What compliance posture does it claim?

Its llms.txt describes a security page claiming AES-256 encryption and TCPA/CCPA/GDPR compliance, and the vendor publishes TCPA guidance for lead generation and lead distribution.

  • The API reference article contents - authentication scheme, base URL, ingest/ping endpoint paths, response codes and rate limits are described only as section headings in the docs index
  • MCP tool names exposed by the MCP server
  • A machine-readable OpenAPI specification
  • The security & compliance page backing the AES-256 / TCPA / CCPA / GDPR claims
  • Whether the per-tier feature gating (ping post from Growth, white-label from Starter) is consistent with the page's own claim that every feature is on every plan
