Crono is a commercial sales-execution platform rather than a replacement CRM. Its public positioning says it joins the existing sales stack so reps and AI agents can execute and managers can see activity in one feed.
B2B revenue teams that already use a CRM and want one commercial platform for multichannel outreach, enrichment, sales signals, and agent-assisted execution.
Solo users and very small teams should look elsewhere: Crono's entry plan requires at least two users, while the API, MCP server, Salesforce integration, signals, and lead scoring are listed only on Ultra, which requires at least five. Teams that want a composable API-first system also need to verify the developer surface before choosing it, because we did not retrieve its public API reference in this pass.
No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.
Crono says it is an execution layer on top of the existing sales stack, connecting tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Gmail, Outlook, and others rather than replacing them.
The annual Pro plan is listed at €79/user/month with a two-user minimum and includes unlimited multichannel sequences, three mailboxes per user, HubSpot/Pipedrive integrations, and 500 email-finder credits.
Crono's pricing page lists Salesforce integration, an API for contacts/companies/activities/deals, and an MCP server on Ultra, which has a five-user minimum.
The pricing FAQ distinguishes enrichment credits, mobile credits, and AI credits. It says enrichment and mobile lookup use a waterfall across 10+ databases and deduct one credit for a successfully found item.
Its Agentic Sales Engine add-on lists signal-based sequence, AI personalization, intelligence, qualification, and meeting-prep agents, starting from €99/month.
Crono's pricing FAQ says subscriptions can be upgraded or cancelled in Settings; upgrades apply immediately and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current quarterly or annual billing period.
We retrieved a pricing-page statement that Ultra includes API and MCP access, but not a confirmed public API reference or MCP-tool list. Confirm the exact operations with Crono before designing an integration.
This page tells you whether Crono fits. Cheetah builds and runs the system it goes into — enrichment, sequencing, CRM and the joins between them.
