Plan a product, feature, market, or pricing launch across audiences, channels, readiness work, measurement, and risk management.

Read from the skill and the 0 files bundled beside it. A skill’s own description is written to be selected by an agent, so it describes the job and not the dependencies.

Product Launch

Plan launches around the change a specific audience must understand, believe, and do. Scale the launch to customer impact and business risk rather than defaulting to a large announcement.

Set the launch tier and outcome

Identify the audience, customer problem, change in behavior, desired commercial outcome, scope, dependencies, and date confidence. Classify the launch from in-product update to major market moment based on novelty, reach, revenue impact, operational risk, and preparedness. Confirm which details are approved versus still tentative.

Create one source of truth for the narrative, target audiences, benefits, proof, availability, limitations, eligibility, and support path. Adapt it for prospects, customers, sales, partners, press, and internal teams only where their decision or action differs.

Coordinate readiness

Plan work across product, support, sales, marketing, legal/compliance, operations, and analytics. Define the critical path, named owner, approval gate, fallback, and trigger to delay. Include product discoverability, documentation, onboarding, support enablement, and measurement—not only campaign assets.

Deliverable

Create a launch brief containing objectives, tier, audience and messaging, deliverables by channel, phased timeline, RACI or named owners, readiness checklist, metrics, and risk/rollback plan. Include pre-launch, launch-day, and post-launch learning loops. Do not announce, publish, contact customers, or activate a campaign without explicit approval.
