Pre-send check
Automated research is good at choosing who to contact and bad at knowing what is already true about them. This skill closes that gap. Run it on any outreach draft, your own or one another skill wrote, before it is sent.

references/checks.md.
How to run it
- Get the draft and the target: company, person, channel, and the draft text.
- Run each check in
references/checks.mdwith whatever is connected: the user's sent mail and calendar, CRM, call notes, chat. If a check cannot be run, say so and why; never mark it as passed. - Act on the results:
- Drop if they are already in an open thread, have opted out, or belong to someone else.
- Turn into meeting prep if a meeting with them is coming up.
- Rewrite if the premise is out of date, a date is wrong, or something is owed to them - lead with what is owed.
- Change the channel if there is no real address, or the relationship runs through a shared chat channel (paste-ready text; never post on the user's behalf).
- Report one line per check, then end with one line,
Verdict:followed by exactly one of: send as is, send after the shown edit, turn into meeting prep, or drop.
Rules
- A dated notice (an order form, a renewal email, a calendar invite) beats any summary or spreadsheet.
- Never state a weekday or date you have not checked against its source.
- Never guess an email address.
- The user sends. This skill never does.
