AI Infrastructure for Revenue Teams - more strategy, less engineering
nRev is a GTM automation platform: a visual, node-based workflow builder aimed at RevOps and GTM teams rather than engineers, with an AI Builder that generates a whole workflow from a single sentence. It ships pre-built playbooks for competitor-deal monitoring, signal-based outbound, LinkedIn growth, website visitor identification and CRM hygiene, and bills by credits consumed on each production run.

nRev is Zapier-shaped but scoped deliberately to go-to-market work. Its own FAQ makes the differentiation argument directly against Zapier, Gumloop, n8n and Make: a GTM ontology so the AI understands RevOps terminology and data models, a 'Knowledge House' that maps your existing tools, what it calls preferential API limits with GTM vendors, and native human-in-the-loop approvals. The unit of work is a Workflow - a trigger plus arranged nodes - which you build visually, describe to the AI Builder, or copy from a published Play. Test runs are free; credits are only consumed in Standard/Production Mode, per row or per group depending on the node.
Sales and Revenue Operations managers, Marketing and Growth Ops, Customer Success and Renewal Ops, and GTM engineers who own the tech stack - people who currently build targeting rules in spreadsheets, clean lead lists, own routing logic, and get asked to 'just automate this real quick'.
The entry price is $149/month for 15,000 credits, which is a real floor for a tool that is essentially workflow automation - a solo founder or a team running one or two light automations is paying subscription money that Zapier-class tools charge a fraction of, and the value has to come from the GTM-specific nodes rather than the plumbing. Credits are consumed per row or per group, so any workflow over a large list scales cost linearly with list size, and the plans jump steeply ($149 → $399 → $999 → $2,499) rather than smoothly. GTM support hours only appear at $999/month (5 hrs) and $2,499/month (20 hrs), so at the lower tiers you are self-serving a platform whose main promise is that you do not need engineers. There is also a documented inconsistency in the vendor's own free-credit figure - the pricing FAQ says every new workspace gets 2,500 free credits while its llms.txt says 1,000 - so confirm before planning around it.
No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.
Four published tiers: Nudge at $149/month for 15,000 credits, Growth at $399/month for 40,000, Scale at $999/month for 110,000 with 5 hrs/month GTM support, and Done for you at $2,499/month for 300,000 with 20 hrs/month support. A custom white-glove program is quote-only.
Only on Standard (production) runs. nRev's FAQ states Test Mode is free and uses no credits, and that credits are charged per row or per group depending on the node type and configuration. The credit cost is displayed above each node and an estimate is shown before you confirm a run.
Yes, but the vendor's two sources disagree on the amount: the pricing FAQ says every new workspace receives 2,500 free credits, while nRev's llms.txt says 1,000 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased as needed. Confirm the current figure with the vendor.
nRev says no - you describe what you want in natural language and the AI Builder produces a drag-and-drop editable workflow, with no scripts or API wrangling. A Custom Code Node exists, and the docs are explicit that it is for exceptions rather than the default path. Generate with AI can also write the code inside it.
nRev's own answer: it is purpose-built for RevOps and GTM, with a GTM Ontology so the AI understands RevOps terminology, a Knowledge House mapping your existing tools, what it describes as preferential API limits with GTM vendors, and native human-in-the-loop approvals. Those are vendor claims - the preferential-rate-limit claim in particular is not something we could verify.
nRev states its agents use AI for decision-making but follow a step-by-step procedure, and describes itself as 'much more deterministic than most agentic tools'. That is a comparative marketing claim we did not test.
The vendor's llms.txt claims native integrations with 50+ GTM tools.
Plays are shareable, publishable workflows. nRev's FAQ states published Plays are free to copy into your workspace - but running one in Standard Mode still consumes credits at your normal usage rates.
This is a gap in what we retrieved, not proof of absence - confirm with the vendor.
The site names competitor deal monitoring (positioned against UserGems, Regie and Sales Navigator), signal-based outbound on funding, hiring and tech-stack changes, a LinkedIn growth engine (positioned against Heyreach), website visitor identification via reverse-IP and fingerprinting (positioned against RB2B and Clearbit), CRM-data-driven pipeline generation, founder-led sales, inbound lead routing and CRM hygiene.
This page tells you whether nRev fits. Cheetah builds and runs the system it goes into — enrichment, sequencing, CRM and the joins between them.
