Nooks

Revenue Agents That Actually Work

Visit Nooks

Nooks is an AI sales platform that bundles a parallel dialer, multi-channel sequencing, buying-signal detection and call coaching into one workspace, positioned explicitly as a replacement for a stack of separate tools. Its stated aim is to let AI agents handle research, routing and follow-up while reps spend their time in conversations.

What is Nooks

Vendor's own claim

Nooks is a consolidation play. Its own product pages state plainly what each module is meant to displace: AI Sequencing 'Replaces Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo Sequencing', Signals 'Replaces Specialized signal tools', and enrichment 'Replaces Secondary data providers'. The centre of gravity is the dialer - parallel and multi-line dialing with AI answer detection, spam protection and a virtual salesfloor for live coaching - with sequencing, signals, coaching and enrichment layered around it so that one platform covers a rep's whole outbound day. It is sold to sales and RevOps leaders as a way to collapse a 10 - 15 tool stack.

Ideal customer profile

Vendor's own claim

SDR and AE teams doing high-volume outbound - particularly ones already running Outreach or Salesloft and considering consolidation - plus sales managers who want automated call scoring and roleplay coaching across a distributed team, and RevOps leaders looking to reduce the number of GTM tools they administer.

Who should look elsewhere

Our read

Two hard constraints from Nooks' own FAQ. First, CRM support is HubSpot and Salesforce only - with any other CRM you are reduced to uploading CSV lists into the AI Dialer, which strips out the bi-directional sync that makes the rest of the platform work. Second, the ZoomInfo, Cognism and LeadIQ integrations pass data through by API but require you to hold a subscription with those providers already, so consolidating your data spend is not on the table; the FAQ says outright that most customers keep their primary data provider. Nooks also publishes no prices at all - the pricing page is a contact form - and the product is built around volume calling, so teams whose motion is email-only, product-led or founder-led with low call volume will be buying a dialer they do not use.

Nooks FAQ

How much does Nooks cost?

Nooks does not publish pricing. Its pricing page is a contact form asking you to get in touch for a custom quote; no plans, tiers or per-seat figures appear on it.

From official docs
Which CRMs does Nooks work with?

HubSpot and Salesforce. Nooks' own FAQ states that if you have another CRM, you can still use the AI Dialer by uploading a list of contacts via CSV - so CRM sync, not just convenience, is the thing you lose.

From official docs
Can Nooks replace Outreach or Salesloft?

Nooks says yes - its FAQ states 'Nooks AI Sequencing fully replaces Outreach and Salesloft', and its pricing page lists Outreach, Salesloft and Apollo Sequencing under 'Replaces'. That is the vendor's claim about their own product, not something we tested.

Vendor's own claim
Can Nooks replace my contact data provider?

Not the primary one, by their own account. The FAQ states most customers maintain their primary data provider and some replace their secondary one. Integrations with ZoomInfo, Cognism and LeadIQ pass data through by API but require an active subscription with those providers.

From official docs
Which data providers come with the Data package?

Nooks' FAQ names Wiza, People Data Labs, Apollo, Forager, Datagma and Prospeo as the providers accessible through its Data package.

From official docs
Does Nooks replace Clay?

No - the FAQ states Nooks integrates with Clay, and that Nooks' own enrichment currently covers contact data such as emails and phone numbers.

From official docs
Does Nooks have a public API or MCP server?

The site does describe API-based pass-through of contact data from ZoomInfo, Cognism and LeadIQ, so integration APIs clearly exist internally - but we retrieved no public developer documentation. Confirm with the vendor.

Our read
What does the coaching side actually do?

Nooks lists automatic recording and transcription with a searchable call library, AI call scoring with peer benchmarking, AI roleplay training bots with a custom scenario builder, live battlecards with keyword detection during calls, and a coaching feed that surfaces key moments for managers.

Vendor's own claim
What is the Virtual Salesfloor?

A collaborative calling environment - described as a digital bullpen with live listen-in and whisper coaching - intended to let managers and peers shadow live calls and coach mid-conversation for distributed teams.
