Lead411

Unlimited B2B Leads Database for SMB outbound lead generation

Visit Lead411

Lead411 is a B2B contact database and sales-intelligence platform: verified emails, direct-dial mobile numbers, company profiles, hiring/funding/executive-change triggers and buyer intent data, aimed at outbound teams at smaller companies. Its entire positioning is built against ZoomInfo and Apollo on price and on the absence of export caps, and it has been selling contact data since 2011.

What is Lead411

Vendor's own claim

A mid-price contact-data vendor with a clear competitive story. The differentiators it leans on are verification depth - emails validated by SMTP, human review and open validation, then re-verified every three to six months; direct dials human-verified and location-matched against where the person has worked - and export economics, with unused exports rolling over and unlimited export available at the top tier. It also runs a sales-tool directory on its own domain that other vendors can list in, which is a marketing surface rather than a product feature but tells you something about how the company acquires attention.

Who should look elsewhere

Our read

The "unlimited" headline does not describe the plan most buyers will land on. Unlimited exports exist only on the top Blaze tier, which is quote-only, and the pricing page states outright that "Buyer Intent and Unlimited Data is available on Annual Subscriptions" - so a team paying monthly gets neither. The $49/month Spark plan is capped at 1,000 exports and has no API access at all; API access begins at Ignite, listed as "Starting At $150/month" or "$1,500/year", with the real number set by a sales conversation rather than published. If you need programmatic enrichment on a small monthly budget, or intent data without an annual commitment, this is not the shape of deal on offer.

No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.

Lead411 FAQ

Is the data really "unlimited"?

Only at the top. Unlimited exports appear only on the quote-only Blaze plan. Read the headline as a description of Blaze, not of the entry price.

From official docs
What does it actually cost?

Spark is published at $49/month or $490/year. Ignite is published only as "Starting At" $150/month or $1,500/year, and the vendor's own pricing FAQ says Ignite pricing "varies based on team size and features" and to contact them for a quote. Blaze is quote-only. So one of three tiers has a firm published price.

From official docs
How is the email data verified?

The vendor describes triple verification - SMTP validation, human verification, and email open validation - with re-verification every three to six months, plus a live AI research tool that attempts to find an address on the fly when one is not already in the database. It claims a 97% deliverability average, footnoted as applying to non-spam messaging and optimised verified emails only.

Vendor's own claim
And the phone numbers?

Described as "double verified" direct dials: human-verified through their vendors, then location-matched against places the recipient has worked currently or in the past.

Vendor's own claim
Which plan do I need for the API?

Ignite or Blaze. API access is not listed on Spark at either billing frequency.

Our read
Do unused exports expire?

No. Rollover of unused exports to the next billing cycle is listed as included in all subscriptions.

From official docs
Can I get out of my current data contract?

The vendor says that in certain cases it will buy out an existing B2B data provider contract, and that it will "match or beat most Enterprise Competitor Pricing Quotes". Both are sales offers to be pinned down in writing, not published terms.

Vendor's own claim
Can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. For annual plans the vendor's own FAQ says to "reach out to the support team to review your options", which is not the same as being able to cancel - and buyer intent and unlimited data are annual-only, so the features you are most likely to want come with the commitment.

From official docs
What signals does it track beyond contact details?

Hiring, funding, executive changes and company growth signals as real-time triggers, plus technographic search, currently-hiring filters, and lead scoring that ranks prospects on recent positive activity such as funding or hiring trends.
