Intellizence

Curated business signals, delivered as REST APIs.

Intellizence sells structured company-event data - M&A, funding rounds, layoffs, expansions, C-suite changes, breaches, and 100+ news signal types - through a set of REST APIs. The documentation frames it as a data feed for prospect discovery, CRM enrichment, signal monitoring, and powering AI agents rather than as an application a salesperson logs into.

What is Intellizence

Vendor's own claim

Intellizence is a business-signals data provider. Its documented surface is entirely API: six "Dataset APIs" covering discrete corporate events plus a Company News Signals API keyed to a published list of trigger codes. Each dataset endpoint accepts filters (date, company domain, industry, company and event location, company type, ticker, and per-dataset fields such as deal value, layoff reason, or executive title) and returns ongoing plus historical records, with the docs noting that access is limited to records within the subscribed window. Access requires requesting an API key from the vendor; there is no documented self-serve signup in the material we retrieved.

Ideal customer profile

From official docs

Developers and data teams who want to pipe corporate-event signals into something they already run - a CRM, an internal dashboard, an alerting workflow, or an AI agent. The docs name exactly these audiences: prospect discovery, signal monitoring, CRM enrichment, market/trend analysis, relationship graphs, automated workflows, and AI co-pilots.

Who should look elsewhere

Our read

This is a data feed, not a tool. Everything documented is a REST endpoint returning records; there is no described UI, sequencer, or workflow builder, so a team without engineering capacity has nothing to use. Getting started requires requesting an API key and, per the docs, talking to sales or booking a demo - there is no self-serve path we could retrieve, and no published pricing at all, so buyers who need to size cost before committing engineering time cannot. The docs also state data access is limited to records within a subscribed window, which means historical backfill depth is a commercial negotiation rather than a product feature.

Tools in the same layer

Our read

No curated rival set covers this tool yet, so these are simply other tools in the same architectural layer and product form. Treat it as a starting point, not a shortlist.

Intellizence FAQ

What kind of data does Intellizence actually sell?

Structured corporate-event records across six datasets - M&A and divestments, startup funding and VC deals, layoffs, business expansion and major hiring, C-suite changes, and data/security breaches - plus a Company News Signals API the docs describe as delivering 100+ curated real-time news signals keyed to published trigger codes.

From official docs
Is there a user interface, or is it API-only?

Everything in the documentation we retrieved is a REST API.

Our read
How do I get access?

We did not retrieve any self-serve signup or instant key issuance.

From official docs
What does it cost?

We could not retrieve any pricing. The vendor's pricing page did not load for us, so we have no figures - ask the vendor directly, and treat any price you see in a third-party directory as unverified.

Our read
How far back does the historical data go?

The M&A endpoint documentation states that data access is limited to records within the subscribed window, which implies backfill depth is set by the contract rather than being uniform. The exact windows per plan were not retrieved.

From official docs
Can I filter signals down to my target accounts?

Yes. The sample-request pages document filters including date, company domain, investor, industry, company location, event location, company type, ticker, and dataset-specific fields such as deal type, deal value, layoff reason, layoff type, executive name and title, incident type, and people impacted.

From official docs
Does Intellizence publish an OpenAPI spec or an MCP server?

We did not find one. That is what we failed to retrieve, not proof that none exists - confirm with the vendor.

Our read
Is Intellizence usable as a data source for an AI agent?

The docs explicitly name "AI Agents, Co-Pilots & Intelligence Platforms" as an intended use and describe the output as structured real-time signals, which is the shape an agent can consume. That is the vendor's framing; we have not tested payload quality or latency.
