The Revenue Activation System. It doesn't end at roleplay.
Hyperbound is an AI sales roleplay and coaching platform. Reps practise cold calls, discovery, demos and objection handling against AI buyer personas; the same scorecards are then applied to real recorded customer calls, and an assistant layer ("Kota Activate") turns the resulting call and deal data into coaching prompts. The vendor describes the loop as score real calls, identify skill gaps, practise roleplays, score again.

Hyperbound sits between sales enablement and conversation intelligence. Its entry product, Practice, is AI roleplay: a rep dials a simulated buyer, the conversation is scored against a scorecard (the site shows MEDDPICC-style criteria), and the feedback names what to do differently. Perform extends the same scorecards onto real recorded calls so a manager can see whether the practised behaviour actually showed up in front of customers, and rolls those scores up to deal level. The vendor is explicit that Perform is not a forecasting tool and that Hyperbound is not an LMS - it integrates with LMS platforms rather than replacing them.
Sales organisations with enough reps to make structured onboarding and certification a real cost - the site's own framing is "3,000 reps, ready in weeks" and its use cases are onboarding and certification, everboarding and change management, QA and deal assessment, pre-call prep, and hiring. Enablement and sales-performance leaders who already record calls and want practice tied to what those recordings show.
Both paid tiers, Practice and Perform, are listed as Enterprise-only with no published price and a "Book a demo" path - there is no self-serve paid plan, so a small team that wants to swipe a card and start is stuck with the Free tier's 45 prebuilt roleplays and prebuilt scorecards. Everything that makes the product distinct is gated: custom AI scorecards, buyer-bot customisation, analytics, CRM integration and the LinkedIn Chrome extension are all excluded from Free, and real call scoring, deal coaching, conversation intelligence and CRM sync require Perform on top of Practice. The data export API and EU data residency are priced as separate add-ons, so teams with a data-residency requirement or a plan to pipe scores into their own warehouse should price those before committing. Teams without existing call recording get little from the half of the product that scores real conversations.
Not beyond the Free tier. The pricing page lists Free, then Practice and Perform, both labelled Enterprise with a "Book a demo" call to action and no published figure.
The vendor's pricing FAQ states it is priced per user, with separate licences available for Practice and Perform, so a team can start with one and add the other. Volume discounts by team size and multi-year savings are offered on request. No dollar figures are published.
The vendor describes Practice as the AI roleplay layer where reps rehearse until behaviour changes, and Perform as the real-call layer where every conversation is scored and rolled up across the deal to verify the behaviour actually changed. They position measurable improvement as requiring both.
The llms.txt also describes a built-in Hyperbound Call Recorder.
No - the vendor answers this directly on its integrations FAQ: "Hyperbound is an AI sales coach," not an LMS. It integrates with LMS/CMS platforms including Seismic, Highspot, Workramp, Mindtickle, Allego, Showpad, 360Learning, Cornerstone, LearnWorlds and Flockjay.
The vendor lists 25+ languages including English, Spanish, French and French-Canadian, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Romanian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Hebrew, Gujarati, Hindi, Indonesian, Marathi, Tamil and Thai, with more on request.
A "Data export API" is listed on the pricing page as an add-on rather than an included feature, and real call webhooks appear under the Perform tier. We did not retrieve any developer documentation, API reference or OpenAPI specification for it - confirm the interface with the vendor before planning against it.
We could not find one. That is what we did not retrieve, not a statement that none exists - confirm with the vendor.
The vendor says yes: custom roleplays for any ICP, AI scorecards for any sales methodology or messaging framework, and industry-specific objections. Note that buyer-bot customisation and custom scorecards are excluded from the Free tier.
It is listed on the pricing page as a paid add-on, not as a standard feature of any tier. We did not retrieve documentation of which regions or what it costs.
