What it does when it runs

Validate Clay export rows before Smartlead or HeyReach push. Use on a CSV or JSON sample to catch blanks, dupes, and mapping errors.

Automated analysis of the skill and the 0 files bundled beside it. A skill’s own description is written to be selected by an agent, so it describes the job and not the dependencies.

Keys and connectors you must supply
None found.
Hosts it reaches
No third-party host appears in the skill or its bundled files.
Tool permissions it declares
No allowed-tools in the frontmatter. It only issues instructions, so there is nothing to bound.
Actions present in the files
None. Instructions only.

Sequencer Export QA

Last mechanical check before the sequencer eats your list.

When to use

  • Clay export file ready (or a 10 to 50 row sample)
  • Column contract exists
  • Humanizer variants chosen

Checks

For each row and for the file as a whole:

  1. Required fields present (email, first_name or full_name policy, company)
  2. Email shape valid; role accounts flagged if policy says skip (info@, hello@, etc.)
  3. Duplicate emails inside the file
  4. Domain vs email domain mismatch flagged
  5. Custom variables referenced in copy exist as columns
  6. No leftover placeholder tokens ({{, TBD, TODO, xxx)
  7. UTF-8 / weird whitespace / broken newlines in body fields
  8. Suppression list hit (if provided)

Verdicts

  • PASS: safe to import
  • FLAG: import only after human review of listed rows
  • FAIL: do not import

Output format

## Export QA
File: ...
Rows: N

| Check | Result | Count |
| --- | --- | --- |
| required fields | PASS/FLAG/FAIL | ... |

## Row issues
| row | email | issue |
| --- | --- | --- |

## Verdict
PASS | FLAG | FAIL

Guardrails

  • Prefer failing closed on missing email or empty body.
  • Never auto-push to the sequencer from this skill; report only.
