What it does when it runs
Freeze a one-page ICP brief for Clay outbound. Use after research-signal when you need firm include/exclude rules before building columns or spending credits.
Automated analysis of the skill and the 0 files bundled beside it. A skill’s own description is written to be selected by an agent, so it describes the job and not the dependencies.

ICP Brief
Lock a short ICP the agent and the table both obey.
When to use
- After a signal board exists
- Before Clay column design
- When stakeholders disagree on "good fit"
Process
- Restate the offer in one sentence.
- Define must-have firmographics (industry, size, geo, motion).
- Define must-have buyer (title patterns, responsibilities).
- Define nice-to-have signals (from research-signal).
- Define hard excludes (with a one-line why).
- Write 3 positive example companies (can be fictional placeholders or anonymized) and 3 negative examples.
- Add a scoring sketch: 0 to 100 with weights totaling 100. Keep it simple enough to implement in Clay formulas later.
