Your context graph is deployed in a dedicated tenant environment, with VPC deployment available for Enterprise customers. In the event of a security incident, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours.

We retain your data for the duration of your engagement plus a reasonable transition period. Upon termination, you may request full data export and deletion. We maintain minimal backup copies for legal compliance purposes, which are automatically purged after the required retention period.

AI and Model Training
